PRIVACY POLICY
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable
information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our
server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you
visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number,
name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
 
REFUND POLICY
Bought the wrong size?  Don't stress!  We accept returns on unworn items with tags attached for store credit.  The items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. We reserve the right to refuse or give partial credit based on the condition of the item.
  • All returns must be received within 7 days of receiving your order for store credit
  • Email or call us for availability of the item you would like to exchange your credit for.  We currently offer store credit only.
  • No returns will be accepted after 7 days from date received.
  • All clearance, sale, intimate apparel, swimwear, special orders, shoes, jewelry and accessories are final sale.
  • All returns are processed within 3-5 business days.  Refunds in the form of store credit should be received shortly after that.
  • Once your return is received we will issue you a store credit for you to use on your next online purchase.
  • Purchases made in our brick and mortar stores are not eligible for online returns.
  • Returns must be mailed specifically to the store from which the items were purchased.

Shipping Policy/Delivery Policy
Please be assured that your items will ship out within two days of purchase. The carrier that will be used is: U.S. Postal Service (USPS). Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Internationally.
 
If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:
Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS:

Shipping costs are charged at a flat rate per order of $9.95 unless you select the "Pick up in Store" option.
 
PLEASE NOTE: Orders will be taxed depending on where the order is being shipped.
