You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a store credit. All clearance, sale, intimate apparel, swimwear, special orders, shoes, jewelry and accessories are final sale.
You should expect to receive your store credit within 10 business days of us receiving your package.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Please note: we'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc). For all other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
We currently only ship to addresses in the United States and are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
All shipping charges are a flat rate per order of $9.95, unless you select the "Pick up in store" option.
